Data Deletion Instructions
Last revised: October 13, 2026
To request deletion of information associated with you that may have been processed by MasterPost, email aringemas91@gmail.com with the subject line MasterPost Data Deletion Request.
Information to include
- Your name;
- the provider (Facebook, Instagram, Threads, YouTube or X/Twitter) and the relevant Page, channel or account URL, ID or username;
- a description of the information you want deleted; and
- any relevant public post or comment URL.
Do not email passwords, access tokens, payment-card details, government identification numbers or other unnecessary sensitive information.
What happens next
The operator will identify the affected account, stop its applicable jobs, verify the request proportionately and remove the relevant account credentials and API data from local records and operator-controlled backups within the applicable deadline. Records for unrelated profiles are not deleted. A legal retention exception must be documented and allowed by the applicable provider terms; broad security or troubleshooting needs do not automatically override a deletion duty.
You can revoke access independently through Google's permissions page for YouTube, X Connected apps, or the app/website permission settings for the relevant Meta account. When a provider-side revocation is detected, the operator must stop access and process the required local deletion without demanding a separate email first.
Removing an Accounts card does not revoke consent. Accounts provides a YouTube/X Disconnect control that requests programmatic revocation before removing local credentials and connection identity. An unconfirmed revocation suspends the connection and retains credentials only for retry. For YouTube, confirmed disconnection also disables publishing, clears provider-derived video IDs and upload-session capabilities and invalidates pending draft destinations/previews; original footage and authored text are not deleted. It does not delete videos already on YouTube. An explicit rejected refresh grant triggers corresponding local cleanup; a network error alone is not treated as revocation. Operator-controlled backups and manual exports still require separate review and cleanup. The contact route remains available for broader requests.
Provider-specific deadlines
- Facebook, Instagram and Threads: act promptly or as soon as reasonably possible as required by Meta, and comply with any shorter applicable instruction or legal deadline.
- YouTube: delete relevant API data as soon as possible and within seven calendar days following revocation or a deletion request. Separately, applicable cached metadata must be refreshed or deleted within 30 calendar days.
- X/Twitter: applicable requests to update or delete stored X content from X or the account owner must be handled as soon as reasonably possible and within 24 hours under X's policy.
These deadlines concern completion, not merely acknowledgement. Verification must be handled promptly and must not be used to bypass an applicable deadline. The operator will confirm what was deleted and explain any narrowly permitted retained records. There is no general 30-day waiting period for all platforms.
What deletion does not do
Removing data held by MasterPost does not delete your Google account, Gmail, YouTube channel, X account, Meta account or content already published on a provider. Use the provider's own controls for those actions. Deleting local records also does not automatically remove media stored remotely in Cloudinary; identify relevant remote media separately when requesting deletion.
